Delivery and Returns
This English text is a convenience translation. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version applies.
Delivery
- Every product is made to order. The production and delivery time is stated on the product page and starts when your order is approved.
- We deliver to addresses in Türkiye, free of charge.
- For large items, the delivery day and time are arranged with you by phone.
- We do not offer assembly. Products ship as numbered parts with an assembly diagram.
- Inspect the packaging and product on delivery. If there is damage, have the carrier record it and tell us at +90 000 000 00 00 or info@kolaymobilya.com.
- You can follow your order from your account or the Track your order page.
Returns of made-to-measure products
Products you order with your own dimensions, materials or colours in the configurator are made for you and cannot be returned by withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(b)). Please check your measurements before ordering, and write to us if you need help measuring. This does not affect your rights for defective goods.
Withdrawal for standard products
- Within 14 days of receiving the product, write to info@kolaymobilya.com with your order number.
- Send the product back free of charge within 14 days with the carrier named in our reply.
- The full amount is refunded to your card within 14 days of the product being handed to the carrier. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
Defective or damaged products
If your product is defective or not made to the dimensions and options you entered, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 you may withdraw from the contract, ask for a price reduction, free repair or a replacement. These rights last 2 years from delivery. Send your request with photos to info@kolaymobilya.com.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel before production starts (while the order is Paid or Approved); your payment is refunded within 14 days. Orders in production are made for you and cannot be cancelled.
