This English text is a convenience translation. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version applies.

Under Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, this form sets out what you need to know before confirming your order.

2. Product, price and payment

  • The main characteristics, quantity and total price including taxes are shown in the order summary. For made-to-measure products these are the dimensions and options you choose in the configurator; the price is calculated from them.
  • Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Delivery is free and there are no other charges.
  • Payment is made by credit or debit card through iyzico. Your card details are not passed to the Seller.
  • Confirming the order places you under an obligation to pay.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses in Türkiye.
  • Products are made to order and delivered within the time stated on the product page. For products sold from stock this cannot exceed 30 days.
  • For large items, the delivery day and time are arranged with you by phone.

4. Right of withdrawal

Products made to your measurements and choices cannot be returned by withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(b)). This covers products ordered with dimensions, materials, colours or other options you set in the configurator. Your statutory rights for defective goods are unaffected.

For standard products sold from stock, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason, by email to info@kolaymobilya.com or in writing to Örnek Mah. Örnek Cad. No: 1, Kadıköy / İstanbul (örnek adres). Send the product back free of charge within 14 days of your notice, with the carrier named in our reply. The full amount is refunded within 14 days of the product being handed to the carrier.

5. Disputes

Within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place. Above those limits, the Consumer Court has jurisdiction after the mandatory application to a mediator.

6. Conclusion of the contract

  • Before confirming, you can check your details and dimensions in the order summary and go back to correct them.
  • The contract is concluded when you confirm the order. This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are published on the site and linked in the order confirmation email. The Seller keeps order records for 3 years.
  • The contract language is Turkish.
