Bathrooms are often small and irregular, and a ready-made cabinet rarely fits the space between the basin, shower and toilet exactly. A made-to-measure cabinet is built for that space and does not waste a centimetre.
Designing your bathroom cabinet
Open the design you like and enter your measurements. Depending on the design, you choose drawers or doors for the vanity unit, whether you want a mirror cabinet above, and the finish. The designer shows the cabinet in 3D and updates the price with every change. After you order, it is built within 15–20 business days and shipped free.
Standard bathroom cabinet sizes
The top of a vanity unit usually sits 80–90 cm above the floor; 85 cm suits most bathrooms. Depth is mostly 45–50 cm, and in a narrow bathroom 35–40 cm leaves more room to move. Ready-made cabinets come in fixed widths such as 60, 80, 100 and 120 cm.
A wall-hung cabinet keeps the top of the basin at the same 80–90 cm. The space left underneath depends on the height of the cabinet body, and it makes the floor easy to clean.
The bottom of a mirror cabinet sits 20–30 cm above the vanity top; leave more if the tap is tall. The middle of the mirror sits at eye level, about 160 cm from the floor. Leave at least 70 cm of free space in front of the basin.
If your bathroom does not fit these sizes, say your wall is 87 cm, you can design the cabinet to your own size, down to the centimetre.
How to measure for a bathroom cabinet
Measure the width of the wall where the cabinet goes. If a shower or toilet is next to it, measure the space in between. Note where the water and waste pipes come out of the wall, and at what height.
Choosing a bathroom cabinet
Check that the bathroom door and the shower door will not hit the cabinet when they open. In a small bathroom a shallower cabinet leaves more room to move. A mirror cabinet keeps small things like toothbrushes and cosmetics out of sight.

It is built to your size, so it is excluded from the right of withdrawal. You can cancel before production starts and get your money back within 14 days. Your statutory rights for faulty goods still apply.
