Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Kolay Mobilya (the "Company"), as data controller, explains why and how it processes your personal data.

2. Data processed

  • Identity: name, surname; Turkish ID number if needed for invoicing.
  • Contact: email, phone, delivery and billing address.
  • Customer transactions: orders, cart, product configuration (dimensions and options), requests and complaints.
  • Finance: payment amount and result. Card details are processed by the payment institution iyzico and not stored by the Company.
  • Security: IP address, session and transaction logs, encrypted account password.
  • Marketing: your message preferences, only with your consent.

3. Purposes

  • Running accounts and orders, passing orders to production and delivering them.
  • Payment, invoicing and accounting.
  • Handling return, defect and warranty requests.
  • Answering requests and complaints.
  • Information security and legal compliance.
  • Sending campaigns and news if you consent.

4. Legal grounds and collection

Your data is collected electronically through account, order, configurator and contact forms and cookies on our website. It is processed under KVKK Art. 5(2): performance of a contract (c), legal obligations (ç), establishing, exercising or protecting a right (e) and legitimate interest (f). Commercial messages and analytics cookies rely on your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

For these purposes only, your data may be shared with carriers, the payment institution, the partners who make the products, hosting, database, email and analytics providers, accountants and legal advisers, and competent authorities on request. Transfers to providers with servers abroad follow KVKK Article 9. The providers are listed in the Privacy Policy.

6. Retention

Data is kept for the periods required by law (10 years for commercial records, 3 years for distance sales records), then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to; request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of these to third parties; object to adverse results from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.

8. How to apply
